While our products do go through a strict and thorough quality check, in the event of defects occuring during the warranty period, we will collect the defective device and deliver the replacement unit.  

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Unopened items can be exchanged within 14 days from date of purchase.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) PRODUCT
When establishing that the product is DOA (does not power up), please notify SmartSmart customer service within 24 hours of receipt. SmartSmart will collect the device and determine whether the product is DOA we will swap your device out.

If you think your product is defective, please contact a SmartSmart customer service, we offer a functional warranty which includes a collect repair and deliver service for in warranty defects.
